Almost Done

Today I will turn in my thesis to my committee. My professor that has been editing it for me is really impressed with the changes that I have made in recent weeks so my confidence about its quality is strong. I will defend my thesis on April 9th. I am really excited to be almost done with my thesis. It has been over a year since I began it and am very tired of working on it. I think it is a good product but am ready to be finished with it.

I had a job interview in Vernal, Utah on April 1st but after much deliberation Nicole and I feel that Vernal is not the place that we want to be. We have a couple more options open to us right now and will pursue those options. When we prayed and fasted about it neither one of us had good feelings about it so I will not interview.

Yesterday while Nicole was in the kitchen making banana bread Areyan climbed up on one of our extra chairs we have against the wall, sat down and folded her arms. She then said Heavenly Father, thank you for this day. She said it very clearly so Nicole knew exactly what she had said. She usually does not say much but apparently she is holding out on us. It is also nice to know she is learning good things.
