Our new apartment comes with all of our utilities paid for including television and Internet. The television service is cable. I have had dishnetwork and a DVR for so long that I could not stand the thought of not having a DVR. Luckily before we had left Pocatello I had bought a TV tuner card for my computer so that I could watch TV on the computer. There are a few free DVR software programs available so I thought I would set up my DVR on the computer. I will not go through all of the trouble I had trying to get this set up but suffice it to say it was one thing after another for a week as I tried to get all of the cables correct and the software to recognize everything that I was trying to do. It was so easy with my dishnetwork receiver to get set up I was really frustrated that the cable was not so easy. But yesterday during the day it just hit me on how I could overcome my last hurdle. Last night for the first time I powered up my new DVR. After a week of running into problem after problem I was the victor.

Hi Nicole I think the family picture turned out pretty good to considering it was a spur of the moment picture.hahah. You should put some pictures of your new house I'd like to see it. Hope your feeling better those first few months are a killer. love ya lots. pam
