The Temple

Monday night we had family home evening. We decided to do it about the temple, because Jeremy and Lyndi are getting sealed in the Idaho Falls Temple on Saturday. We talked a little bit about the temple and then let Areyan color a picture of a temple. All night after this Areyan was saying "temple, night." My mom and I took her to the mall with us, and when we arrived she said "Yeah, Temple!" We told her we were at the mall and not the temple, and she was a little disappointed. Well, I thought she would forget about this for awhile, but all of a sudden Tuesday night, when Heston and My mom got home from work she started saying, "temple, night" again. Heston and I decided we better take her to see the temple. We drove to the Jordan River Temple. When we got out of the car, I told Areyan to look at the temple. She looked up and saw Angel Moroni on top and replied, "I'm scared." We just laughed and talked to her about Angel Moroni. She loved the temple after that. She even threw a tantrum when we had to leave. I wasn't as upset as I usually am when she throws tantrums. I am just happy she loves the temple.
